1st PHASE - DATA COLLECTION

The community to be worked on will be elected due to the lack presented. Local data can easily be collected from public and private institutions, such as Municipal Governments, Social Action Foundations (FAS), Pastorals for Childhood and Youth, or even several partner NGOs. With the development of the project, the Institute itself will create its database based on the study of the Community.

Based on the data collected, the necessary physical and human structural design can be started, which satisfactorily meets not only the current population, but also provides for the vegetative growth of the region as a whole.

2nd PHASE - EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

Aiming at the urgency that is present in these communities, before the construction of any physical installation of their own, there will be a need for accreditation and hiring companies capable of providing the necessary support to emergency demands, such as the supply of basic food baskets for donation, or even medical centers for emergency and assistance medical/outpatient care.

Any physical structure that cannot be outsourced, which is necessary at this stage, must be provisionally leased until the completion of the physical structure itself.

3rd PHASE - ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS

In this phase, public, environmental and legal authorizations will be provided, as well as all the necessary licenses for the immediate execution of the physical construction of the Community Center.

4th PHASE - MODULAR INSTALLATION

The project has its implementation schedule carried out in a modular way, and can be flexible as demands are detected.

Having as a basic principle the development and self-sustainability of the Community, so as not to generate dependence on it, all activities will have a training bias focused on the independence of the individual so that he becomes a provider of resources both within the family and for the Community, proactively contributing within it.

5th PHASE - EXPANSION OF THE PROJECT TO OTHER COMMUNITIES

After the implementation of the entire project, it can be implemented in any community that is necessary, highlighting the preliminary study of their needs so that the modules are implemented in a customized way.
