It is widely known, the degradation of society in environments without basic structural conditions in the social, health and education areas; leading to the bankruptcy of the family structure, generating deficits ranging from moral to financial ones.

Children and the elderly are particularly vulnerable to this failure of the system, remaining on the margins of society, like children who are at the mercy of opportunistic recruiters of arms and drug trafficking.
